ARRAY OF SERVICES AVAILABLE
Screening, Assessment, & Treatment Planning
A potential participant is screened to ensure that they meet criteria for services and an appropriate outpatient level of care. An assessment is utilized to identify strengths, needs, and history as well as current information. Treatment planning is based on the individuals strength and needs and formulated with the individual and family when appropriate.
Psychotherapy
Individual: face-to-face services provided to an individual
Family: face-to-face services which may consist of all family members or some & with the participant present or not present.
Group: face-to-face services provided to a group of individuals with similar treatment issues, backgrounds, or interests.
Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services
Individual and group services provided face-to-face to assist individuals to live independently in the community. These services are based from an educational point focusing on helping individuals learn and practice skills needed to live on their own.
Crisis Intervention
Immediate services needed in response to acute behavioral or emotional dysfunction as evidenced by psychotic, suicidal, homicidal, or severe psychological distress.
Case Management
Planned linkage, advocacy, and referral assistance to participants and their families in order to identify supports, provide advocacy, and resources to help reach treatment goals. Services can be provided face-to-face or by phone. Services may focus on treatment needs connected to school behaviors/IEP, utility and rent assistance, gaining employment, increasing healthy peer relations and interests, etc.
All services are individualized, confidential, and strength-based.
